IDEO is on a mission to make the payer–practitioner partnership easier, faster, and far less frustrating. But to do that, we need your insight.

Therefore, we are working to better understand how healthcare offices, clinics, and hospitals manage their insurance, billing, and credentialing processes. Your insights will help us identify how different roles engage with insurers and payers.

Join the conversation:

• Who: Healthcare professionals involved in insurance procurement, billing, credentialing, or claims management — across offices, clinics, and hospital systems.
• What: A 60–90 minute research conversation to share your experiences and insights.
• When: Sessions available September 15 – 26.
• Where: Participate virtually via Zoom or, if preferred, at your office.
• Compensation: $250–$375, based on activity, session length, and location
