Global design company IDEO is partnering with the Los Angeles Department of Mental Health to better understand how people find resources to support their friends, family, or even strangers who have an urgent need for mental health or substance abuse assistance in LA County.

Your feedback will play a vital role in helping raise awareness about these services and ensuring people know where to find information and how to support their loved ones in times of need. Whether you’re familiar with local resources or new to this topic, we value your perspective!
