Global design company IDEO is speaking with Rhode Island and Massachusetts-based patients and primary caregivers about their experience navigating healthcare– what matters most, what you prioritize, and what your current experience looks like. We’re looking for a wide range of perspectives to provide feedback on early concepts around patient engagement.

• Who: 
  • Rhode Island and Massachusetts-based healthcare patients
  • Rhode Island and Massachusetts-based primary caregivers
         
• What: One or more research activities, which could include the following
  • 60-minute individual research interview (in-person OR remote)
  • 90-minute group research session (remote)
  • Remote diary study   
     

• Where: 
  • In-person sessions: Rhode Island and Massachusetts
  • Remote sessions: virtually via Zoom
  • Remote diary study: remotely via a digital platform
    
    

• When: November 17th - December 5th, 2025
  
  
• Compensation: 
  • Individual research interview: $100
  • Group research session: $150
  • Remote diary study: $50
