Join us to discuss how technology, equipment and automation influence your daily tasks in the workplace-- we want to hear what works well and what could be improved. Your insights will help shape future developments.

• Who: Folks who work in retail, grocery, logistics, warehouse, hospitality, or similar industries 
       
• What: One or more of the following research activities:
  • 90 minute individual OR group research session
  • Survey

• Where:
  • 90-minute session: In-person at IDEO Cambridge
  • Survey: Remotely via a digital survey platform

• When: July - September, 2026
  
  
• Compensation:
  • 90-minute session: $250
  • Survey: $20

Applications will be considered on a rolling basis.
