Global design company IDEO is looking for Michigan-based patients with chronic conditions and primary caregivers to share their experience with care plans and provide feedback on early concepts around patient engagement.

**Who:**

- Michigan-based patients with chronic health conditions
- Michigan-based primary caregivers of people with chronic health conditions 

**What:**

- 75-minute exploratory research conversations (virtual and in-person)
- 90-minute group events/sessions (virtual and in-person)

**Where:**

- Virtual: Zoom
- In-person: Grand Rapids, MI

**When:** September 12th - 14th, 2023 

**Compensation (upon completion of activity):**

- Remote: $120/hr
- In-person: $150/hr
