Global design company IDEO is looking for Michigan-based patients with chronic conditions and primary caregivers to share their experience with care plans and provide feedback on early concepts around patient engagement.

• Michigan-based patients with chronic health conditions
• Michigan-based primary caregivers of people with chronic health conditions 

• 75-minute exploratory research conversations (virtual and in-person)
• 90-minute group events/sessions (virtual and in-person)

• Virtual: Zoom
• In-person: Grand Rapids, MI

• Remote: $120/hr
• In-person: $150/hr
