• Who: Folks who work in retail, grocery, logistics, warehouse, hospitality, or similar industries 
       
• What: One or more of the following research activities:
  • 90 minute virtual OR in-person research session
  • Survey

• Where:
  • Virtual session: remotely via Zoom
  • In-person session: at IDEO Cambridge, MA
  • Survey: Remotely via a digital survey platform

• When: July - September, 2026
  
  
• Compensation:
  • Virtual session: $200
  • In-person session: $250
  • Survey: $20
